Automated PDF reports

The StreamReport application can be used to regularly generate automatic reports from all statistics stored on the MMS. The scope of reports (all sites, single site) and report content (network, applications, VoIP/video) is fully customizable to offer a complete view to decision-makers and network or application managers. Reports can be generated in a variety of formats (PDF, HTML...) and sent by e-mail.

The information to be included in a report is highly automated: a subset of sites can be easily selected by choosing specific categories, or by automatically integrating those suffering from performance problems (busiest access links, worst response time for specific applications, worst MOS...). Template reports are also available to create thematic reports in just a few clicks.

Finally, CSV reports can be generated for billing purposes (including, for example, bandwidth or data volume consumed by Business Unit or country).
